I know, I know what your thinking is it already that time of year to be glancing the toy aisles for the perfect gifts for your little ones or someone special in your life? It depends which way you look at, I've got Fall birthday babies so this is the perfect time for me to shop this wave of new toy arrivals that have recently hit the market. Its also an opportunity to shop early for the holiday and grab a few toys each month so your all set to fill gifts under the tree.
I've put together some of our top picks that you can find at Walmart, America's Best Toy Shop. I hope you find something in the new toy arrivals that will spark your child's imagination and keep them pretend playing around the clock.
T.O.T.S. Care for me plush set (pony) - a perfect gift for all tiny animal lovers, its a mini care kit that's all inclusive. The carrier is darling and contents even cuter.
Pomsies Lumies Dazzle GoGo - I can already tell this toy is going to be a top seller this season, if it is not I will be shocked. Here's why, the cutest colorful item we have played with yet, very interactive with many games to be played, tests your child's knowledge of colors, following direction and having fun. Give her a try, also comes in three different hair colors.
Hairdorables Collectible Dolls - a perfect sized dollhouse doll with many accessories. Each one is a surprise so you never know which one you will open.
Poopsie Sparkly Critters - Slime is all the hype these days in our house, and I've finally caved to let the girls try it out. In this toy package you will find a critter, slime injector bottle, slime packets and a stir. You make your own slime solution and feed to your critter, which will then poop or spit it out.
Poopsie Cutie Tooties - A mini version of the above, instead the slime is inside the sparkly poopsie, you pop and out oozes the slime with your mini critter, collect them all, they are too cutie.
L.O.L Surprise!
If you thought the L.O.L. Surprise! craze was slowing down, its here to stay with many new additions - O.M.G Fashion Dolls, need I say more? A three story mansion, a glamper, furniture, new lil sister series, and much more. I highly recommend the mansion, its made of wood, has a few features that light up or make noise plus its a darling addition to complete any fans dreams. It took approx. an hour to put together from start to finish, but was worth the wait for the two little ones beaming with joy looking on. I was smitten with the packaging, the cutest idea ever, a moving truck ... packed with pink labeled by room boxes to be unboxed, which were filled with furniture and accessories, how cute? I wanted to stop opening at this point, but four tiny hands forbid me from doing so.
Nostalgia 90's Toys
I am loving all the brands that are making a comeback in today's millennial generation. The toys that lasted through the years to be passed down from generation to generation. When I started browsing the new toys section my heart was so happy to see K'NEX, Lincoln Logs, Barrel Monkeys and TINKERTOY back on the market, just to name a few.
Learning
I try to mix the girls toys with fun things, but also some that lean more toward learning and asking questions. Believe it or not, I love the new Pomsies Lumies. A new under $20 toy that took me by surprise, the girls and I played with this furry ball for over an hour, we searched the house high and low, trying to complete each challenge she put in front of us. It was fun to find colors, listen to directions and play various games with the girls while having a blast, laughing and adding in some learning, whether the girls realized it or not.
