Staycation at Four Seasons Resort Orlando

Sometimes you just need a change of scenery, relaxation and a staycation nearby. Last month we stayed at a local resort that has been on our bucket list for a while. It checked all of our boxes and some we never knew we had been missing out on. If you are looking for a trip away, or visiting Central Florida to visit any of the Walt Disney World Parks, I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons Orlando. I'm sharing why its a must and all of the safety that has been put into place to keep all guests safe.

We are locals to the Orlando area, love all things Disney, but still keeping our distance from Walt Disney World Parks for a little longer. We had been missing our weekly Disney magic and wanted to surprise the girls with something just as magical, a staycation at the Four Seasons Orlando was the perfect place.

Would it be overcrowded? How would the safety be? What would wearing a mask through the resort/common areas be like? etc. All the questions. As soon as we pulled up to valet all the questions went away. If I am completely honest, it was only ourselves and the employees while we got checked in, went through the temperature screening and walked to the elevators to be escorted to our room. A place that was once filled with many families hustling through to catch a ride to a park, or be somewhere in a hurry was now a serene atmosphere with little movement. I felt like a princess with her little ladies and prince walking through our castle, it was magical.

Safety is key and an utmost priority for guests, a temperature screening checkpoint is located at the lobby check-in and once reentering the resort from the pool. It is a requirement to be screened prior to a spa appointment. Employees escort you to elevators and select the button to send you to your room. Hand sanitizing stations are located all over the property and the pool area is closely monitored with staff to keep guests socially distanced and clean used chairs/tables etc. Four Seasons Orlando has embarked on a new safety program, Lead With Care (a careful approach to safety), for more on this click here. Keep in mind masks are required when entering the resort, elevators and walking about indoors.

 Some changes we noticed:

1. The Kids For All Seasons Club is currently all outdoors (masks are required) and children must be 4+ (the indoor club and playground are currently closed). Did I mention it is complimentary? The hideout is open, with socially distanced games, and activities (a temperature check is required upon entry and masks must be worn while inside).

2. The Good Morning Breakfast is only available for guests to make a reservation, it is not a buffet at this time and Minnie, Mickey and Goofy do not stop at tables to visit. You will see them dance and wave while eating breakfast but interaction between guest/character is not an option due to COVID 19 restrictions.

**UPDATE: the Goofy & Pals breakfast is now available to the public, reservations are required ($48 per adult, $28 per child, valet parking is fully validated)**

3. Fireworks will not be seen by any of the park view rooms, since all Disney Parks have fireworks halted for the foreseeable future.

4. Make dining reservations in advance, due to limited seating some of the restaurants book up in advance. One of the nights we couldn't get a dinner reservation so we decided on in room dining and to watch the sunset, it was the perfect night in for us and the girls.

If you like being outdoors, this is the place for you and a very family friendly resort. While staying on the property we spent most of our time at the five acre water park on Explorer Island. You will find a winding lazy river, two water slides (adults are welcomed), splash zone, dive-in movie at the family pool (select days and times) and so much more. You have to experience for yourself, it is truly amazing. No need to even leave this resort to go to the parks, everything you could want is at this property, I truly believe it offers something for everyone. We loved our nightly trips to Lickity Split for lattes for us adults and ice cream for the girls. The girls loved visiting Fable (the cutest gift shop), of course we came home with some goodies and added a few more Jelly Cat Plush to our collection. Did you know you can find the Disney x Stoney Clover Lane collection here. You can call to place an order over the phone.

At this time I am sharing the experience we had as a family, and I hope to go back soon for a couples getaway. So much for adults to take part in that we didn't experience on our last staycation. Musts on our list: spa treatment, relaxing at the adults only pool, rooftop dinner at Capa and maybe a round of golf.

Now through September 30, 2020 a Florida resident rate starting at USD 359.00 plus tax per night for a stay in a Four Seasons Guestroom (includes valet parking for one car). The Florida resident offer is available exclusively by telephone reservation, call 407-313-4900. A valid Florida state identification will be required at the time of check in.

  1. Before you spend your Bitcoins on some excitingly 카지노사이트 wonderful crypto on line casino video games, you need to|you should|you have to} know one thing. Although the internet is flooding with new Bitcoin and crypto playing sites, few remain true to their service. The good factor is that it’s not restricted to a selected category. It has recently launched many new crypto video games, slots, table video games, and others.
